Sửa webhook

Sửa tên / URL / loại / tài khoản / bộ lọc / chế độ nội dung. Agent phải gửi expectedRevision (nếu không: 409 revision_conflict kèm bản hiện tại). Tên miền mới, mở rộng loại hoặc tài khoản, hay thêm nội dung tin cần người dùng xác nhận.
