Account settings
Replace an account's settings (label, color, timezone, run hours, rest days, limit overrides, limit mode free/safe, rest switch, optional tags). Read accounts_get / accounts_settings_history first, send every field and pass expectedRevision — a stale revision returns revision_conflict instead of overwriting someone else's change.
