View a group's topics

List the forum topics of a supergroup (id, title, closed / pinned / hidden, colour, unread, newest message id) and whether topics are on. Optional q searches titles. Use a topic id as topicId when sending (messages.send, media, polls, stickers, schedule) to post into that topic; General is id 1 (send without topicId). Follow the operation for the data.
