Claim conversation

Hold a chat so nobody else messages this person meanwhile: 30 minutes, renewed each time you send into it or claim it again (minutes above 30 are held 30); campaigns wait, other agents are refused, people see who holds it. Claim before handling a customer; for long-term ownership use assignment. force=true takes it from a person or another agent and needs the user's confirmation.
